Shikor Botanics supplies selected botanical, herbal, dried, raw, seed, nut and powdered products for retail and wholesale customers.
We aim to provide accurate product information. However, because many of our products are natural, variations in colour, shape, texture, aroma or appearance may occur.

Submitting an order does not automatically mean that the order has been finally accepted.
Shikor Botanics reserves the right to verify, confirm or cancel an order where necessary, including where:
- A product is out of stock.
- An incorrect price has been displayed.
- Customer information is incomplete or incorrect.
- An order appears suspicious or fraudulent.
- Delivery is not possible to the provided location.
We may contact the customer before confirming an order.
3. Pricing
Product prices may be displayed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT/৳).
Shikor Botanics may change:
- Product prices,
- Offers,
- Discounts,
- Pack sizes, or
- Promotional terms
when necessary.
Once an order has been confirmed, the approved price for that order will apply.
4. Product Information
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information regarding product name, type, quantity, weight and other relevant details.
Natural products may vary slightly between batches in:
- Colour,
- Shape,
- Aroma,
- Texture, and
- Appearance.
Such normal natural variations are not generally considered defects.
5. Health and Usage Information
Information provided about Shikor Botanics products is intended for general product information purposes only.
It is not:
- Medical advice,
- A medical diagnosis,
- A substitute for professional healthcare advice, or
- A guarantee that any product will cure or treat a disease.

Cash on Delivery may be available depending on the order and delivery location.
If online payment options are added, the terms of the relevant payment service provider may also apply.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by:

- Public holidays,
- Natural disasters,

Shikor Botanics may not be responsible for delays caused solely by third-party courier services.

Shikor Botanics will not be responsible for failed or delayed delivery caused by incorrect information provided by the customer.
9. Order Cancellation
Customers may request cancellation before an order has been dispatched.
Once an order has been handed over to the courier, cancellation may no longer be possible.
Repeated refusal of valid Cash on Delivery orders without reasonable cause may result in COD privileges being restricted.
10. Returns and Refunds
Returns, replacements and refunds are handled according to our separate Refund & Returns Policy.
Customers are encouraged to review that policy before placing an order.
11. Wholesale Orders
Wholesale prices, minimum quantities and other terms may vary by product.
Wholesale pricing and quantities will be confirmed before the order is finalized.
